Terry W. Inman II, President/CEO
As an Ohio native, Terry W. Inman II attended Franklin University with core studies in Business Management and Finance. Terry has a vast work experience in the merchant services industry which began in 1999 at CompuCredit. Terry successfully went on to fulfill various management positions at companies in the financial world including: Lynk Systems, Inc, RBSLynk and Sterling Payment Technologies. In 2007, he began his entrepreneurship as the founder and managing member of LIFT Financial Services, LLC. He continued his entrepreneur endeavors as Managing Member and Co-Founder of VECTER Technologies, LLC (formally LIFT Financial Services, LLC). Terry currently runs the day-to-day operations and plans strategic business development opportunities for VECTER Technologies. With a life time of experience and passion for the merchant services industry he continues to drive his passion in helping sales offices excel in this industry.

As business takes Terry across the United States, he represents the company in various ways in the communities where the company flourishes.  At home, he contributes to the community by supporting local networking groups. In the past, he has held the Vice President / President positions on the Board of Directors for Imagine Charter School in Land O’Lakes, FL. He has also volunteered for the Land O’ Lakes Little League Baseball teams as a manager and coach. He currently resides in Land O’ Lakes, Florida with his wife, Kristan, and two sons. On his free time, he enjoys fishing, going to amusement parks, mentoring youth programs, and reading.

Kristan W. Inman, Comptroller & Paralegal
Kristan W. Inman was born and raised in Georgia where she attended the esteemed Gordon State College then transferred to Clayton State College and University where she studied Human Resource Management. Years later, Kristan returned to Clayton State College and University to continue her education where she graduated with an A.B.A approved Paralegal Certificate in 2003.

Kristan has worked for Fortune 500 companies such as Goodyear, Georgia-Pacific Corporation and Plum Creek Timber Company. During her tenure, she held various positions within those corporations most of which were focused in the legal field ranging from the receptionist of a large law department to being a legal secretary assisting many attorneys representing various areas of law to being a Paralegal II in the Labor and Employment group.

When her husband’s career moved the family to Florida in 2005, Kristan spent her time working with a local HOA and Condo Law Attorney and volunteering many hours at the local recreation center or the school(s) where her sons attended. In 2009, Kristan officially joined her husband’s company, VECTER Technologies, to assist in various roles. Today, Kristan is responsible for a variety of the company’s day to day activities and operations, including administrative duties, electronic document and file control, updating and managing data within the company’s ISOMetrics, payroll, accounts payable and receivable, compliance with federal and state labor laws, as well as annual, quarterly, and monthly filings with the state and federal government. Kristan works closely with a Tax Accountant in verifying prepared financial records and IRS filings. She is also responsible for proof reading all contracts or any other legally bound documents related to the company. She is currently a notary public for Pasco County, Florida and an Active member to the Paralegal Association of Florida, Inc.

In her spare time, Kristan volunteers her time by being an active member of the SAC Committee for both the local middle and high schools where her children currently attend. When she is not working or volunteering, she enjoys spending time with her family and their adorable Viszla and Tuxedo cat.

Meredith Lafabregue, Project Manager
Meredith was born in Long Island, NY and raised in Fort Lauderdale, FL. She received her Six Sigma Plug Green Belt certification in 2004. Working in the customer service field for over 20 years, Meredith has 12 years’ experience in the payment processing industry.

Meredith’s responsibilities as a Project Manager include, sales support, boarding processes, customer service, PCI compliance, technical support. In her free time, Meredith enjoys spending time with her husband, Andre and four wonderful children. She volunteers her time with her sons Boy Scout troop as their treasurer and family life merit badge counselor.

Steve Petros, Project Manager
Steve hails from the Central Ohio region where he was born and has lived most of his life. Steve attended Worthington High School and The Ohio State University, and has continued his education with several electronic and software courses. Steve started his Point of Sale experience with Big Bear a Midwestern grocery chain, where he was Lead Field Technician and responsible for the maintenance and repair of over 5000 POS terminals, management computers, and handhelds. After Big Bear closed their doors in 2004 Steve spent 8+ years working with Retail Data Systems, for which he managed their POS accounts covering the state of Ohio and part of Pennsylvania.

Steve came to Vecter in the fall of 2013 and has been very happy to be a part of the team that is led by one of his long time friends, Terry Inman. Steve’s responsibilities as a Project Manager include, sales support, customer service, PCI DSS training, and QIR Implementation. Steve is currently residing in McArthur Ohio with his wife Maryjane and his son. He enjoys travelling to see family and friends, and often listens to audio books when he is on the road. Steve’s favorite pastimes include golf, music, and cooking.
