The associations, Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express have established a set of security standards to ensure that merchants and service providers follow best practices in order to reduce credit card fraud and security breaches. By accepting VISA and MasterCard payments, merchants and service providers are required to become Payment Card Industry compliant.
Vecter Technologies has partnered with MAXPci and ControlScan to provide the tools need to complete and report on PCI Compliance for all Vecter merchants. We are proud to be working with a company that allowed us to keep our costs low.
Please note, this is a mandatory program and each of our customers has automatically been enrolled in our PCI program. PCI compliance is all done through one system. Your login allows the completion of your Self-Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ) and quarterly scans for all merchants processing through an internet connection. Successfully completed, you will be able to print out your annual compliance certificate. Vecter will also provide all certifications to the acquirer and associations on your behalf. As with your merchant services questions, your sales agent and Vecter employees are there after the sale to help.
